Your map shows Route 92 going into Main Street at Exton. It has not done that for several years, as the property owner asked us to vacate and we have not been able to come to an agreement that allows us to return.

Just a thought.. the Green Initiatives within larger companies and the government (not considering Covid) will most likely play a big part in the way people move around over the next few years.
